In 2008, my life took an unexpected turn when I became an amputee due to a trauma accident. Amidst the challenges, I discovered the therapeutic power of baking when I assisted a friend in making her niece’s birthday cake. From that moment, I found solace and joy in creating delicious treats.

With determination and a passion for learning, I became entirely self-taught and adaptive, honing my skills in crafting delectable desserts. While I enjoy whipping up sweet delights like millionaires’ shortbread and cookies, my true passion lies in crafting unique, custom showstopper cakes. Each creation bears my creative flair, and I relish the opportunity to let my imagination run wild.

Beyond the kitchen, I’m a Health Safety & Wellbeing Manager with over a decade experience. I’m also a proud dog mom to Loki, and I find immense joy in exploring the great outdoors through hiking, camping, and embracing the freedom of adventure with Tentbox. Additionally, I’m deeply passionate about wellness and mental health, advocating for self-care and mindfulness in all aspects of life.
